Frocktober is a not-for-profit organisation that raises funds and awareness for ovarian cancer research. There is still no early detection test for ovarian cancer, and a lack of symptoms in the disease's early stages makes diagnosis extremely difficult. Since Frocktober was established in Geelong in 2007, more than $1 million has been donated to the cause. Wear a frock for a day, a week, or the whole month of October to help raise awareness and find an early detection test for this disease.
In addition to the normal activities of the Frocktober event, the Australian Tea Expo is offering a Frocktober Morning Tea on the Saturday morning of the Australian Tea Expo.
